NASA holds an annual essay competition open to members and/or dependents of current NASA members. Each year, NASA offers up to four awards totaling $2,000 to post-secondary students studying at an accredited Canadian institution.

The past year has brought forth new challenges in overall well-being for students and employees of post-secondary institutions. Define what well-being means to you and address one area of well-being. Using relevant examples and referencing current media or research, discuss why post-secondary institutions should make well-being a priority for students and employees. Discuss how being a member of a union can contribute to the one area of well-being you chose to explore.
